A project needs to have a deadline. If it doesn’t, we create one by announcing its release. It goes the same for exercise or working on our lifestyle, wanting to lose weight or eat healthier food.
I have recently announced a 3-day challenge on Thursday. The idea came to me the day before. Why not? I said. Then, I thought: hey, I’ll take pressure off by turning it into a casual challenge. The project is complex although labeling it as casual helps make it more achievable.
Once announced, I went straight to work. No lists this time. The slides and scripts are ready (worked on them Friday and Saturday, just for a few hours).
