Way back, my online business started with creating meal plans for my clients.
.
In the beginning, it was slow so I had time to create those personalized meal plans.
.
But a few months in, orders started to pile.
.
It would take me a few hours to create a meal plan from scratch.
.
I did not want to copy and paste other meal plans. Because it’s just not who I am.
.
People would fill in a personalized questionnaire and I would create a plan specifically designed for them.
.
Order after order coming in… and I found that I could only work with a handful of people.
.
There was only one of me, same number of hours in the day…
.
So, I started to look for a solution.
.
What could I do to create more personalized meal plans?
.
Thanks to my teaching background, the answer came soon enough – create an online course that teaches people how to design their own healthy meal plan.
.
It took me 6 months to gather the courage to create that course.
.
In those 6 months, what took up most of my time were thoughts like:
.
.
“Who am I to create an online course?”
.
“It has to be an amazing course to compete with all the other ones out there.”
.
“Not the right time, I need to learn more.”
.
“How would I create a course for a personalized service?”
.
“What do I even include in the course? Where would I start?”
.
So, what changed?
.
.
After 6 months of self-doubt, of waiting for something to happen, of going back and forth, I made a decision.
.
I was tired of playing things out in my head 🤯
.
I wanted to experience the real thing.
.
Tired of wasting months thinking about that course, I decided to see what was on the other side.
.
I saw this guy creating a course in 10 days and I said “If he can do it, so can I!”
.
And it was a success.
.
I created the course in 10 days after having made that decision.
.
Because I was determined to see it through.
.
I was curious to see what was on the other side of procrastination and self-doubt.
.
And it paid off.
.
That course was the first of many.
.
Since, I have improved that course creation process. To the point that I am able to create unique courses in as little as 3 hours. No fluff. Courses that deliver results. That make an impact in the world. My way of leaving a legacy.

It all came down to that decision to explore the other side. And I never looked back 💙🕵️🌌
