Let me ask you: How important is it for you to exercise? Will exercising in the morning give you energy and ensure that you get the workout done?
If that’s the case, then let’s do this. How do you motivate yourself? Look at other activities that you easily do. What motivates you about them? Then, think about how you can apply those ideas to your workout.

- set an intention the evening before
- schedule the exercise
