We’re all different and we can easily adapt to a specific lifestyle. I did a survey asking people how many hours they sleep per night.
Apparently, the average is at around 7 hours. Some sleep more, others sleep less. But they seem to feel great with their routine. Of course, there are exceptions and some of them were not particularly satisfied with sleeping 5 or 10 hours.
But they were aware of this. And awareness is the first step to change and improve. When you’re not aware of a problem, then you can’t solve it because the problem is not real for you.
