Are you overeating on healthy food? If so, I am here to help. Of course, this issue may go deeper but I do have some initial recommendations. Only two:
- Schedule your meals = regular meals at approximately the same time every day (3-4 hours apart).
- Plan your day in advance with activities to do in between your meals.
This will make it possible for you to focus on something else. Rather than go to the fridge or the pantry to spend minutes on end searching for a food item to pop up.
When you know what your next steps are, it’s easier to stay on track. Kind of like creating your road map so you don’t get lost.
