There are several eating styles that come with features and problems of their own. Some lead to no health issues, while others can easily ruin your life.
What’s a careful eater? Someone who is always vigilant about what they eat. They tend to eat very well during the week so they can binge during the weekend. Another aspect is that they don’t really take a moment to enjoy the food they eat. Always looking over their shoulder, with no moment of rest.
The problem with this eating style is that it can ruin your relationship with food. This may lead to health issues and lack of self-esteem, even though you’re trying to do everything perfectly.
