I follow a whole food mainly plant-based diet. This is the lifestyle I chose. I’ve been experimenting with food and diets for a long time. And for the last year, I’ve been focusing on starch-based meals. This approach has given me more energy and results than anything else before. 5-Day Weight Loss Diet (the diet you will want to stick with)
Breakfast: Oats + fruit
Lunch: Potatoes (boiled or baked) + mixed lettuce
Dinner: Potatoes (boiled or baked) + mixed vegetables
Snack(s): Fruits or vegetables
Extras: Fruit or vegetable purees (my favorite: apple or mango puree, beets puree)
This is it. Eat as much as you want until you are satisfied. You can prepare everything in advance. It doesn’t really take that long.
