Define what you want. Not just that you want to lose weight. Think of what goes into that. If you want to look and feel great, you need to define what you’re willing and not willing to do as well.
Act like you are a slim person. This way you won’t struggle to adjust to a different lifestyle. You adjust during the process. Embody the person that you want to become. As you do that, you’ll also take the steps needed to get there.
Respect your body. Bring awareness to your body. If you’re hungry, respect that. If you’re not, respect the signals the body is sending you.
Experience everything and learn anything you can. Make this a learning process. We are inherently drawn to knowledge. Even if we see it or not. Even if it’s academic or personal knowledge. What can you learn from every activity you do?
